"Incredible experience! You brought what was in the background to light. I've discovered so many things. A revelation! I needed help and you gave it to me. The welcome you gave us was fantastic, from the word go, we felt at ease. I was so happy to be here. Really lovely and it only got better as the days went on. I loved the watercolours too, to create whatever came out of us. I was able to express myself. I've realised that I am strong for myself and than it's for me to decide, where do I go, what I want. Juices- specific to me, you knew my problems were and you catered for that. They proved they worked and by the integration I proved to myself that I could walk so far. Truly kept me full and not hungry at all. They were delicious.

Hands On Transformational Therapy - Really relaxing, so at ease, fell asleep and covered me in blankets. It was a great experience. It cannot get any better.

Integration day - St Nectan's Glen and Boscastle. I was thinking I was in a wonderland, you cannot fail to find it inspiring. The experience by the waterfall and opening our hearts in peace, was just magic. I will never forget it. It was magical.

As a fully qualified teacher BEd (HONS) 1998 and ex deputy headteacher, I love working with children and young people.
There is something truly beautiful about a young person who comes into my treatment room, struggling to cope with life at school. She hadn’t felt heard or understood by others, teachers or peers, except her mum and was finding it difficult to explain how she had been feeling for years.
As soon as I connected with her soul I knew exactly what had been happening to her as an empath with little knowledge of how to control her skills.
One of the most rewarding sessions as she left completely calm, smiling, grown an inch or two and bounded out so happy in herself. As she put it herself, ‘felt very clean’ after her session.
HOTT1 sessions were originally designed for young people as their attention span is often more limited, however their innerstanding and openness leads to the most incredibly enlightening sessions. Less is always more and often deeper healing results in these cases.
I welcome all young people from at least 5 years old onwards, but exceptions have been made in the past depending on the circumstances.
If your child or young person is struggling to feel right in the world, can’t sleep, have nightmares, are not themselves after a traumatic event or surgery, then my door is open (with parental supervision as required)
Sometimes there are deeper situations or events that your child or young people need help to clear then please ask for a Bespoke Retreat at Mandejá’s from a few hours, full day, weekend and 5 day retreats full board with healthy food and fresh juices with their designated parent, either sharing a room Blush, or Mulberry, or the Suite of rooms Mulberry and Teal with sharing Jack and Jill bathroom, depending on their age.
Please book a HOTT1 =£75 or a Bespoke Retreat at Mandejá’s and explain their age and details of what they are experiencing or presenting with and we will book them in.
