Mandeja Heavenly Retreats - Terms and Conditions

By booking a Mandeja Heavenly Retreat, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT: 

A 25% deposit is required to secure your spot. 

Full payment is due minimum of 4 weeks before the Retreat.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Cancellations made;  

• 2 weeks before the Retreat - The date can be rescheduled to the next available retreat date at Mandeja's discretion- 25% non-refundable deposit of booked treatment or Retreat if cancelled.
• Less than 48 hours' notice - 50% of the cost of the booked treatment or Retreat.
• Less than 24 hours notice - Full cost of the booked treatment or Retreat to be paid

3. TRAVEL & INSURANCE: 

Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance.

4. HEALTH & SAFETY: 

Participants must disclose any medical conditions. Mandeja Heavenly is not responsible for any injuries, illness, or accidents during Retreats.

5. LIABILITY RELEASE: 

By attending, you waive any claims against Mandeja Heavenly for damages, injuries, or losses incurred during Retreats.
