Cancellation Policy

At first contact, please ensure you ‘the client’ are fully committed to your Healing and Transformational journey before booking. 

You ‘the client’ understand that this is an investment in yourself that will require a commitment of time, money, motivation, strength, energy, and vulnerability, honouring and giving yourself the space to expand and Transform.

At the time of booking ‘the client’ and I have entered into an agreement to work together at the date and time specified for the agreed session, ‘Hands On Transformational Therapy’ or ‘Mandejá Heavenly Retreats’ with integrity, honesty and a commitment to your healing journey.

Upon paying your non-refundable deposit you enter into an agreement with the terms and conditions on Mandejá’s cancellation policy https://mandejaheavenly.com/blog-1/f/cancellation-policy (Reviewed August 2023).

I fully commit to be of service to you in your Healing and Transformational journey.

However, if you are unable to honour an appointment, please give 2 weeks notice and in the first instance rebook for another mutually convenient time.

Less than 48 hours' notice - 50% of the cost of the booked treatment or Retreat.

Less than 24 hours notice - Full cost of the booked treatment or Retreat.

Missed appointment with no notice - Full cost of the booked treatment. (Unless hospitalised, then we will rebook under extenuating circumstances)

I will also give you as much notice as possible should I need to cancel an appointment and will reschedule for as soon as it is appropriate and mutually convenient to do so.
